Poland and Monaco defender Kamil Glik confessed he’d “certainly be very happy” with a return to his old club Torino.
The centre-back is expected to start in Poland’s Nations League clash with Italy on Sunday evening.
He spoke to Sky Sport Italia about the reports of a possible reunion with the Granata.
“It doesn’t depend on me, but I’d certainly be very happy with it, considering my past there.
“I spent five wonderful years at Toro and now I am watching all the games I can involving my former teammates, because I did leave a piece of my heart at Torino.”
The 30-year-old wore the Granata jersey from 2011 to 2016, making 171 competitive appearances for the club, scoring 13 goals and becoming their captain.
He is under contract with Monaco until June 2021.
