Juventus have called up Gonzalo Higuain and Joao Cancelo for their first stage of preseason training.
The pair have been heavily linked with moves away this summer, but they will nonetheless be involved when Maurizio Sarri leads his first training session on Wednesday,
For Higuain, it marks not only the continuation of his working relationship with Juve and Sarri but also a possible shot at redemption.
Cancelo, meanwhile, is reportedly the subject of an improved bid from Manchester City.
There is also a place in the squad for Marko Pjaca, who is back in Turin after a loan spell at Fiorentina.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Blaise Matuidi are missing but will begin their preseasons on Saturday, the pair having been given extended holidays due to international commitments.
However, new boys Gianluigi Buffon, Merih Demiral, Adrien Rabiot and Aaron Ramsey are all summoned.
